Gallery Pictor 2022年プログラム《中心はどこにでもあり、多数ある》の最終グループ展の情報を公開しました!






3月8日からはGallery Pictorに場所を移し、3月26日まで展示を行います。(一部の作品はギャラリーのみでの展示となります)

Centers are Everywhere and Numerous

– Final Group Show –


This world is made up of subjects that all dependent on each other.


Gallery Pictor 2022 year round program,  Centers are Everywhere and Numerous, has entrusted such a view to eight artists, who have exhibited their own interpretations and expressions. 


The Final Group Show will be held at the following two venues.

On 4th and 5th March, two days limited exhibition will be held at Hou-an, which is the tearoom standing next to Jochi-ji Temple, one of the Five Great Zen Temples (Kamakura Gozan), and is nestled in the same valley.

Hou-an has two tea rooms: “Jyo-anken,” designed by Bunzo Yamaguchi, one of the leader of Modernism architecture in Japan, and “Muso-an,” which is extremely small in size and characterized by its rush roof and a circular window.

The works exhibited at Hou-an will also be shown at Gallery Pictor from 8th March to 26tth March (some works will be exhibited only at the gallery).  


Exhibition at Hou-an Kitakamakura

 – Duration : Saturday, 4th March – Sunday, 5th March, 2023

 – Open hours: 10:00 – 17:00 (Closed 16:00 on 5th March)

 – Venue:  Hou-an, 1415 Yamanouchi, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Pref.

     (10 minutes walk from Kitakamakura sta. JR Yokosuka Line)

 – Admission fee : 1,100 yen (with green tea and sweets)


Exhibition at Gallery Pictor

 – Duration : Wednesday, 8th March – Sunday, 26th March, 2023

 – Open hours: 11:00 – 18:00

 – Venue:  2F Kamakura Tailor Bldg. 3-1-28 Yuigahama, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Pref.

     (10 minutes walk from Kamakura sta. JR Yokosuka Line)

 – Admission fee : Free
